Google Book Settlement

Millions of in-copyright books will be part of the proposed class action settlement between Google, the Author’s Guild, and the Association of American Publishers.

If you own the copyright for a work that was scanned and added to the Google Library Project electronic database without your permission, you are automatically included in the proposed settlement, unless you opt out.
